Hello Kofab, So I figure you get tons of requests all the time. I know I get them from my friends too but I appear to be one of those poor saps who can only do art for others. The moment I try to do something for myself I can never get it right or lose interest.
... So I am asking for help. I am a big fan of your Deviant Art, especially your magma, and would like to ask for a request. This is something I don't normally do because I know Art takes a lot of time and a piece of yourself.
So here is some quick background to flesh this out; I normally DM for Dungeons and Dragons but for once I am a player. By request of the DM she wanted me to be an evil charecter so I figured what the heck, I'll play a Cleric of Malar from Chult (Forgotten Realms). Big Tall 6'4'' Bronzed Skin Chultan in Masterwork Heavymetal Plate mail with a flip-down Triceratops helmet. (dinosaurs are prevelant in Chult, and yes i know I'm overcompensating for something ) That was easy enough, I was able to sketch out Knox very well. Then she Infected me with Lycanthropy, where-bear specifically, and I went out and got Wild Plate mail, wilding clasps, and Beast Claw Bracers then multiclassed to Black Blood Hunter so when I could use wild items. I guess she was rewarding me for being such a well played cleric of malar who is also the patron diety of Evil lycanthropes.
So this is what I look like when I go into battle and my request: Im now a Large Kodiak Wherebear with Metal Plates fused into his flesh beneath Grizzled Fur, glowing red eyes and a metal triceratops helm fused to my skull. An extremely cool concept but I can't seem to pull it off. Could you do it for me and make it as Metal as you can, or punt the request to someone like you who has the talent to do it? It would be really great because as much as Knox Gran is a power-gaming character, It was the DMs choice to make him that way and I am really getting into this story.
